Description
The commercial court from Rennes, in the west of France, announced on 25 October 2006 that the company Pelé granite, a cement manufacturer, is in bankruptcy.
Pelé Granite, created in 1968, has suffered increased competition from China and India. The company employed 125 people and the job cuts are expected to take place between 1 and 17 November 2006.
