Description

Arla Foods is going to restructure its fruit juice production capacities. The company announced the closure of its plant in Alingsås, where some 120 people are currently employed, and the concentration of its activities in Ringe (Denmark). Arla Foods explained that there was an overcapacity and that the structure changes would create a long-term competitive and cost-efficient environment for the company. The redundancy plan is expected to be achieved by mid 2008.
