The Romanian Trident Trans Tex group, located in Sibiu announced the opening of the third hypermarket on 12 October 2006, the first in Sfantu Gheorghe, the capital of Covasna County, Centre Region.
The investment in the 5,000 square metres building amounted to EUR 6 million and will create 250 new jobs.
According to the group's strategy, the network of hypermarkets is concentrated in the towns with less than 200,000 inhabitants and sells a large variety of goods at low prices and with special offers.
