European Restructuring Monitor (ERM)
The restructuring events database contains factsheets with data on large-scale restructuring events reported in the principal national media and company websites in each EU Member State. This database was created in 2002.
Nike, the sportswear and equipment supplier announced on 29 September 2006 the expansion of its European supply center in Laakdal.
As a result of this decision, some 150 new jobs will be created following the building of a new supply center of 30,000 m². At present, 1,300 workers are employed at the Nike Company in Laakdal.
