European Restructuring Monitor (ERM)
The restructuring events database contains factsheets with data on large-scale restructuring events reported in the principal national media and company websites in each EU Member State. This database was created in 2002.
Itelligence, a German IT-specialist, plans to increase its worksforce by 10% until the end of 2006 to strengthen its position among service suppliers and contractors of the German software company SAP. The Bielefeld-based company, which did employ a total workforce of about 1,000 by the end of 2005, will in particular expand its information service division at Bautzen (eastern Germany).
