Ethics in the digital workplace
Digitisation and automation technologies, including artificial intelligence (AI), can affect working conditions in a variety of ways and their use in the workplace raises a host of new ethical concerns.
Neo-software services, a company that provides data-processing engineering and that employs 83 people (65 employees in Rennes and 18 in Nantes) announced on 19 September 2006 the creation of 115 new jobs.
The company, that was created two years ago, has experienced a great increase (7% annual growth) in its activity. As a result of this positive evolution, Neo-software services specified that it will create 25 jobs before the end of 2006 and 90 additional jobs before the end of 2007. Neo-software services will recruit engineers who will carry out research and development activities for their customers, such as Motorola, Thomson, France Telecom (Orange).
