Description
Omnium group announced on 19 September that Burton, the chain of stores of male and female textile clothing will cut between 225 and 261 jobs in the whole of its 137 stores in France. The job losses will take place between October and December 2006. The Omnium group announced that, like other stores of the group (Devred), Burton stores are confronted with serious financial difficulties. Burton employs 1,225 people.
