Ethics in the digital workplace
Digitisation and automation technologies, including artificial intelligence (AI), can affect working conditions in a variety of ways and their use in the workplace raises a host of new ethical concerns.
Dutch drug company Ozone Laboratories intends to increase its revenues in Poland within the next two years, from 430,000 to 35 million euro. At present, the company employs 42 people in Poland, but will augment the number to 200 employees. Ozone Laboratories has already signed a cooperation agreement with American company, Bristol-Myers Squibb (BMS). Ozone distributes non-prescription drugs made by BMS.
