Description
Nacam, a company that belongs to ZF Lenkssysteme and that manufactures car components for Audi, Volkswagen and Volvo in Spain, announced on 4 September 2006 that it will close its plant in Sant Boi (Barcelona-Spain) on 30 April 2007 due to the important losses occurred in the last three years. This will affect 189 employees that will be fired. According to the trade unions the company has been moving its production to France and Germany. The trade unions have called for a strike on 14, 19, 26 and 28 September.
