Ethics in the digital workplace
Digitisation and automation technologies, including artificial intelligence (AI), can affect working conditions in a variety of ways and their use in the workplace raises a host of new ethical concerns.
On 4 September 2006, the French group Renault announced the intention to start the construction of a design and development centre for new car models at Găeşti (County Dâmboviţa, South Region) in September.
At the end of October 2006, the spokesman of Dambovita County Council announced that the new 258 hectares site of Renault would be located at Titu-Boteni (Dambovita County, South Region). The company will invest EUR 125 million in the new project and create some 2,300 jobs.
The estimated turnover of Renault group in Romania for 2006 is about EUR 900 million.
