Description
On 23 August 2006 Telegraaf Media Groep, among others, the publisher of the largest newspaper in The Netherlands, announced that 120 jobs are to be lost in the printing establishments. The works council has agreed with the plan. This reorganisation is part of a larger plan to cut the costs. This will result in an as yet unknown number of job losses in the publishing departments and in supporting staff functions.
