Description
The American software company CSC (Computer Science Corporation)is reducung staff in Europe due to overcapacity. CSC Danmark will cut its staff by 130 out of 2,700 over the next year. The management plans to carry out the redundancies without direct dismissals. Since April CSC has worked together with trade unions, shop stewards and consultants in order to find the 130 persons through voluntary severance pay, early pension, natural wastage and economic compensation. According to CSC all 130 redundancies have been found through these measures.
