Baumann Springs, a Swiss company focusing on technical springs production, has started to build a new plant in Karviná (Nová pole industrial zone) with a total investment of 3.8 million EUR. The company wants to employ about 60 people in the first phase. It is intended to raise the number of employees to 100. The production is to begin at the end of 2006.
