European Restructuring Monitor (ERM)
The restructuring events database contains factsheets with data on large-scale restructuring events reported in the principal national media and company websites in each EU Member State. This database was created in 2002.
The Czech subsidiary of the American company Arrow International is going to expand its production of the highest quality medical devices at a new factory located in Ždár nad Sázavou (Jamská industrial zone) in August 2006. The business expansion has already generated 112 new jobs and another 40 workers to be hired by the end of 2006. According to company's director, the company could employ up to 500 people in the long perspective. The investment has already reached roughly 30 million USD.
