European Restructuring Monitor (ERM)
The restructuring events database contains factsheets with data on large-scale restructuring events reported in the principal national media and company websites in each EU Member State. This database was created in 2002.
Deutsche Boerse Group, one of the world's largest exchange organisations and one of the most successful German companies, is in the process of setting up a subsidiary in Prague. The company Deutsche Boerse Services will serve as a software centre and will create up to 150 new jobs for a highly qualified IT workforce by the end of 2008. Czech Republic received this important project against competition from other Central European countries
