Ethics in the digital workplace
Digitisation and automation technologies, including artificial intelligence (AI), can affect working conditions in a variety of ways and their use in the workplace raises a host of new ethical concerns.
The American consulting company Accenture announced its intention to recruit specialists in Bucharest, starting 10 July.
The company will open a centre for services of externalisation (business process outsourcing) in Bucharest integrated in the global network. In the next three months, the Bucharest centre will hire several hundred people from a planned future workforce of 1,000 persons.
Accenture is specialised in management, technical solutions and outsourcing, has over 133,000 employees in 48 countries and a total turnover of EUR 12.5 billion in the fiscal year 2005.
