Description
Comasec, 181 employees in Eure et Loire, has announced the delocalisation of the whole of its production of gloves (for industry) to Malaysia before the end of the year 2006. Comasec is expected to cut 131 jobs. The reason for the delocalisation is the international competitiveness. The site of Dreux (Eure et Loire) will provide technical and logistic assistance to the foreign factories in Tunisia, Portugal and Malaysia (Malaysia: created in 2003).
