Description

Recently Cristal Bela Company in Valšská Belá took over Slovglass Company in Poltár. According to Cristal Bela CEO Mr Juraj Vaďura, the audit in Slovglass showed that restructuring is inevitable. Around 150-300 employees should be dismissed till the end of 2006. Investment in new technology is essential, too. Cristal Bela management intends to use the Slovglass capacities for expansion in the UK and USA glass markets.
