Description

Akai Danmark, owned by the Hong Kong based The Grande Group, has started business in Denmark in the premises in Pandrup where Orion closed down in 2005. As Orion, Akai is a manufacturer of flat screen televisions. The plan is to hire 149 employees and start production in mid August. The new director expects that it might be necessary to hire another 100 employees shorly after production starts.
