Ethics in the digital workplace
Digitisation and automation technologies, including artificial intelligence (AI), can affect working conditions in a variety of ways and their use in the workplace raises a host of new ethical concerns.
Procter & Gamble, owner of the Gillette brand, has been investing in Łódź, opening an EUR 120 million blade and razor factory in early June. The new factory presently has a workforce of 650 persons, and is set to grow to 2,000 by the end of 2006.
