Description
On 11 May 2006, Ericsson, one of the leading firms in the telecommunications sector, announced to cut 350 jobs at German locations in Backnang, Düsseldorf, Frankfurt and Offenbach. The announced reduction of jobs is still part of the internal restructuring programme following the takeover of the British telecommunication company Marconi in 2005.
