Ethics in the digital workplace
Digitisation and automation technologies, including artificial intelligence (AI), can affect working conditions in a variety of ways and their use in the workplace raises a host of new ethical concerns.
Altran, French Company founded in France in 1982, has pioneered innovation consultancy. Altran has become the European leader in this area. Altran brings together the entire range of engineering and consulting specialties, from physical sciences, electronics and information technology, through industrial systems engineering, to strategic and management consultancy. The group employs 16,500 employees including 14,500 engineers. One of Altrans major ambitions is to become the world leader in innovation consultancy. 2,000 engineers should be engaged in France in 2006 (out of 4,000 in the world).
