European Restructuring Monitor (ERM)
The restructuring events database contains factsheets with data on large-scale restructuring events reported in the principal national media and company websites in each EU Member State. This database was created in 2002.
The executive board of Fortis Bank has decided to increase penetration of the retail banking market in 2006, opening six new facilities and three new business centres in Poland. The bank is planning a major marketing drive for mortgage loans; it will also hire 300 new staff.
