Description
In the aftermath of the European Union's Court of Justice decision to rule a German tax loophole illegal that allowed companies to avoid high taxes on cigarettes that smokers must assemble themselves, British-American Tobacco decided to stop manufacturing this type of cigarettes. The group's company Brinkmann announced to cut 242 jobs at its Bremen plant.
