Ethics in the digital workplace
Digitisation and automation technologies, including artificial intelligence (AI), can affect working conditions in a variety of ways and their use in the workplace raises a host of new ethical concerns.

Haléns, with about 250 employees, will cut 45 jobs in Borås within its customer service and subcontract its call centre activities to an external company. The reason for this plan is the decreasing number of orders by telephone and the increased use of Internet for orders. Negotiations with trade unions have already started.
