Ethics in the digital workplace
Digitisation and automation technologies, including artificial intelligence (AI), can affect working conditions in a variety of ways and their use in the workplace raises a host of new ethical concerns.

Following its cost-cutting strategy, the management of InBev, a brewery group announced its third restructuring in Belgium in four months. Financial and administrative units will be delocalised to Hungary and the Czech Republic. Moreover, a relocation has been announced from Hoegaarden (Province of Flemish Brabant, Flanders) to Jupille (Province of Liège, Wallonia). In total, 259 people are to lose their jobs: 219 in the framework of early retirement or outplacement within the group and 40 will be made redundant.
