Ethics in the digital workplace
Digitisation and automation technologies, including artificial intelligence (AI), can affect working conditions in a variety of ways and their use in the workplace raises a host of new ethical concerns.
According to Andrzej Osiecki - CEO of the Łódzka Special Economic Zone, Procter & Gamble is going to invest €100 million to build a new factory producing a wide range of skin-care products for children. 'The facility will provide 500 new jobs', said Andrzej Osiecki. The location is not accidental as one of the company's partners, Gillette, had already chosen ŁSSE for its earlier investments. The U.S. concern has a plant in Warsaw already. The facility focuses on napkin production.
