European Restructuring Monitor (ERM)
The restructuring events database contains factsheets with data on large-scale restructuring events reported in the principal national media and company websites in each EU Member State. This database was created in 2002.
On 25 January 2006, the manufacturer of composite sports equipment and industrial applications, Exel, started codetermination negotiations with the personnel in order to cut 70 jobs due to the plans to move production into China.
