Description
Dutch defence systems maker Thales Hengelo will cut 329 jobs and forced redundancies will concern 251 employees. The restructuring is a result of the reduced global spending on defence projects and an adjustment of the company's organisation. Thales Hengelo decided a few months ago to spin off several units, which employ 400 people. After the restructuring Thales Hengelo will employ some 1,200. The company is a unit of French defence electronics group Thales.
