European Restructuring Monitor (ERM)
The restructuring events database contains factsheets with data on large-scale restructuring events reported in the principal national media and company websites in each EU Member State. This database was created in 2002.
Scandinavian information technology provider TietoEnator plans to triple the number of employees of its customer centre in Ostrava and to employ over 1,000 people in the course of 2007 and 2008. The project is a part of the company's strategy to increase the workforce in low cost countries like in Central and Eastern Europe, Russia and India.
