European Restructuring Monitor (ERM)
The restructuring events database contains factsheets with data on large-scale restructuring events reported in the principal national media and company websites in each EU Member State. This database was created in 2002.
American company Cocal Cola has announced a restructuring in France and the closure of its sites of Combs-la-Ville and Salon-de-Provence. This programme includes the suppression of 142 jobs by 2007. Sales have decreased by 3% in France, and competition from Hard discounters had an influence on the results of the soft drinks company.
