European Restructuring Monitor (ERM)
The restructuring events database contains factsheets with data on large-scale restructuring events reported in the principal national media and company websites in each EU Member State. This database was created in 2002.
This joint venture between ID Data systems (card manufacturing, personalisation and fulfilment specialist), Ortis (specalist printing company) and Argo Cards (card personalisation business) provides a manufacturing card plant, based in Bydgoszcz, Poland, which increases ID Data's card capability to over 225 million cards per annum. The joint venture will provide a very cost effective source of card bodies for distribution throughout both Western and Eastern Europe. The new facility is housed in Ortis' existing printing facility and is equipment from ID Data's Lewes facility, which was closed last year has already been transferred and installed in the factory.
