European Restructuring Monitor (ERM)
The restructuring events database contains factsheets with data on large-scale restructuring events reported in the principal national media and company websites in each EU Member State. This database was created in 2002.
Israeli vegetarian products manufacturer Tivall is to build a new plant in Krupka (Teplice area). The company will invest almost $30 million and employ up to 150 people in the first stage. Tivall expects a further business expansion in the Czech Republic and thus the number of employees could even double. The Czech plant would be the first production outside of Israel. The production is scheduled to be launched in 2006.
