Ethics in the digital workplace
Digitisation and automation technologies, including artificial intelligence (AI), can affect working conditions in a variety of ways and their use in the workplace raises a host of new ethical concerns.
Danish Holding AKS intends to open in Świnoujście a precision engineering facility. The total cost of the investment is envisaged to amount PLN 25 million. Currently the company trains and employs several dozens of workers in a rented hall in Merchant Port of Świnoujście. At the same time a plant of 2 200 square metres is being constructed. The construction will be accomplished by the end of 2005 and the production activity will start in February 2006.
