European Restructuring Monitor (ERM)
The restructuring events database contains factsheets with data on large-scale restructuring events reported in the principal national media and company websites in each EU Member State. This database was created in 2002.
Siltronic, a supplier for the semi-conductor industry, has announced a €136 million investment in its operations. The project aims at enlarging Siltronic's capacity for the production of silicon-wafers. Siltronic's factories in both Bavaria and Saxony are to profit from the investment and 225 new positions will be created in the process.
