Ethics in the digital workplace
Digitisation and automation technologies, including artificial intelligence (AI), can affect working conditions in a variety of ways and their use in the workplace raises a host of new ethical concerns.
Kika Slovakia is the first subsidiary of Austrian Kika/Leiner Company operating in Slovakia. According to the director of new Kika furniture store in Bratislava, the range of services provided as well as the customer-friendly approach are the main features of the new store, which covers approximately 20,000 square metres. The new store will offer customers high quality products and has ambitions to compete with main players in the local furniture market in Slovakia, e.g. IKEA and Europa Möbel multinationals as well as Slovak Galan stores. Kika/Leiner management will decide on further expansion in Slovakia upon the sales result of its new store in Bratislava.
