European Restructuring Monitor (ERM)
The restructuring events database contains factsheets with data on large-scale restructuring events reported in the principal national media and company websites in each EU Member State. This database was created in 2002.
Bayernoil, a refinery in Bavaria, has announced restructuring plans. It will reduce the number of factories from 3 to 2, while increasing the capacity of the remaining factories. 130 jobs will be cut until 2010, direct dismissals will be avoided.
