Description
Producer of phone equipment Avaya-Tenovis will cut its 4,500-strong-workforce by 10%. 230 jobs in the administration and technical services are to go directly, 280 jobs shall be outsourced to partner companies. 'There is very high margin pressure in the telecommunications sector. We have to react to remain competitive and financially sound', said Tenovis' general manager.
