Description
Japanese giant Kyocera Corporation, one of the biggest producers of solar panels in the world, opened its new plant in Kadaň near the city Chomutov. The company invested nearly 200 million CZK into construction and technology and will hire up to 300 people by 2008. Japan is the second most significant investor in the Czech Republic, after Germany. The size of investment has already exceeded €2.5 billion.
