European Restructuring Monitor (ERM)
The restructuring events database contains factsheets with data on large-scale restructuring events reported in the principal national media and company websites in each EU Member State. This database was created in 2002.
Sky city shopping centre is the newest project of the Bulgarian chain Fantastico. The centre is currently being built and will be opened by September 2006. More than €20 million will be invested in the new centre, where between 13,000 and 15,000 persons are expected to come everyday. Bulgarian and foreign companies have already reserved trade area for renting or buying. Fantastico is a Bulgarian chain for food sales, which operates on the territory of the capital Sofia and has 28 shops at the moment. ‘The plans are to enlarge our activities in the country’, said Mr Valentin Vassilev, director of the Sky city shopping centre.
