European Restructuring Monitor (ERM)
The restructuring events database contains factsheets with data on large-scale restructuring events reported in the principal national media and company websites in each EU Member State. This database was created in 2002.
Primed — Halberstadt CZ, a subsidiary of the German company Primed Halberstadt Medizintechnik, focusing on high-quality products for medicine and laboratory, is to build a new plant in Litvínov with a €2 million investment. The company will create 150 new jobs by 2007. One third of the personnel will be recruited from high-educated graduates and remaining posts are to be filled by manual workers.
