Description
Dutch construction and installation company TBI in Rotterdam will cut some 150 of the 900 jobs at its subsidiary HVL. The job cuts are a consequence of decreasing results over the last years, due to the worsened market conditions. Forced redundancies at Eindhoven-based HVL are inevitable and 50 jobs will be cut through natural attrition. Trade unions will negotiate a social plan. In addition, the organisation of HVL will be simplified.
