European Restructuring Monitor (ERM)
The restructuring events database contains factsheets with data on large-scale restructuring events reported in the principal national media and company websites in each EU Member State. This database was created in 2002.
The print shop of Bauer Verlagsgruppe will shed about half of its workforce of 950 employees. Until the middle of 2006, 470 workers will loose their jobs. The publishing house had rejected a mediated agreement foreseeing the loss of 270 jobs.
