European Restructuring Monitor (ERM)
The restructuring events database contains factsheets with data on large-scale restructuring events reported in the principal national media and company websites in each EU Member State. This database was created in 2002.
Danish company Carnitech/Marel will establish its new subsidiary in Slovakia, in new industrial zone Nitra-North. Stainless steel materials for the food industry will be processed in the new production plant. German Giesecke&Devrient company has also planned to establish its new production plant in Nitra-North industrial zone. According to the Mayor of city Nitra Ferdinand Vítek, the municipality representatives negotiate intensively with other potential foreign investors, which are interested in running their business in the region.
