Description
The lower house of parliament of the Republic of Poland decided to establish a General Attorney Office. Prokuratoria Generalna will represent State’s interests in big tribunal cases. The Office will safeguard The State Treasury against growing number of litigations made by mostly hospitals and former property owners. The employees of Prokuratoria Generalna will have exclusive rights to represent The State Treasury in The Supreme Court and in The Supreme Administrative Court.
