European Restructuring Monitor (ERM)
The restructuring events database contains factsheets with data on large-scale restructuring events reported in the principal national media and company websites in each EU Member State. This database was created in 2002.
The tourism division of the international group Istrabenz went public with a thorough renovation project for a century-old palace hotel in Portoroz, acquired in 2004. The luxury hotel should re-open by 2007 and at least 130 new employees are planned to get jobs at the venue.
