Description

Basel Orlen Polyolefins (BOP) - a joint venture company between Basell Europe Holdings and PKN ORLEN - is in the process of building one of the world's largest twin polyethylene and polypropylene manufacturing plants in Płock. Its start-up is planned for the third quarter of 2005. The total cost of the investment amounts to €500 million. For the joint venture, PKN ORLEN provides feedstock, site services and manufacturing and production support.
