The restructuring events database contains factsheets with data on large-scale restructuring events reported in the principal national media and company websites in each EU Member State. This database was created in 2002.
Munich-based mobile phone company O2 is investing heavily in the built-up of UMTS-technology in Germany. The number 4 in the German market wants to close the gap to number 3 E-Plus. 500 new employees will be hired to increase service quality for customers.
