Description
With reference to results obtained in personnel audit, Czech Ministry of Finance announced its intention to reduce the current staff from 1,473 to 1,221 employees by the end 2006.
The restructuring plan aimed at enhancing effectiveness will bring about 100 million CZK of annually wage costs savings. One half of the savings will be used for remaining staff salaries and the other one will go back to the state budget.
