European Restructuring Monitor (ERM)
The restructuring events database contains factsheets with data on large-scale restructuring events reported in the principal national media and company websites in each EU Member State. This database was created in 2002.

Tata Consultancy Services (TCS) is among the leading global information technology consulting, services and business process outsourcing organisations, offering services to clients across 55 countries. The company's vision is to be a Global top 10 IT services company by 2010. TCS established a Global Delivery Center in Budapest in 2001. The company employs 300 people in the Center and this number is to increase by 700 in 2008.
